PRODUCT WARRANTIES

• The Seller declares that the goods meet the usual quality requirements for such goods. The general properties of each item sold in the store are presented in the product description accompanying each item.

• The Seller is not responsible if the goods available in the store, in terms of their color, shape, or other parameters, may not correspond to the real characteristics of these goods due to the visual properties transmitted by the customer’s communication means. Additionally, the appearance of the packaging itself may differ from what is depicted on the website.

• The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration in the quality of goods if the customer or persons to whom the customer transferred the goods used them for purposes other than those for which such goods are usually used, did not adhere to the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, storage, use, and/or storage of goods, as well as if visible defects in packaging or other external defects were not discussed in writing at the time of handing over the goods or if the deterioration in the quality of goods was caused by actions of the customer or other persons to whom the customer sold the goods.

PRODUCT RETURN

• Deficiencies in goods sold to the customer are rectified, defective goods are exchanged, and returns are made based on the “Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001”.

• In the case of returning unsatisfactory goods, the customer must bear the delivery cost. The Seller covers the shipping costs of returned defective goods.

• The Seller accepts goods from the customer if: the item is unused, has not lost its commercial appearance, and is not damaged; it is presented in its original, neat packaging; it is returned with the complete set of the item; the customer provides the purchase document.

• The item is not exchanged, non-refundable defects are not rectified, and money is not refunded if the defects of the item arose because the customer violated the rules of use or storage of the item.

• To return the item(s) based on the first point of the return policy, the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer, by informing the seller using the contact details provided, specifying the name of the item to be returned, the order number, and the reasons for the return.

• Quality items made to individual order are not refundable or exchangeable.

• Individuals under the age of 18 cannot provide any personal data through our website.

• To participate in the Auction, we need to collect the following data: Your name, surname, contact telephone number, email address. The data necessary for the delivery address. This data is not distributed or transferred to other individuals.

• In order to improve and enhance the operation of the online Auction, we collect information about visits, demographic location, device information (size, type), and other information necessary for analysis. This is aggregate information that helps us improve and enhance the online Auction.

• Buyer information is processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Without your consent, your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those listed, unless required by applicable laws or regulations.

• Each Auction user has the opportunity to receive accumulated information, delete their account and all accumulated information, and edit their personal data.

 

DISCLOSURE OF DATA

• Unfortunately, it is impossible to deliver your order without transmitting your data to couriers or post. It is impossible to perform automated payment without transmitting it to the bank. We will only provide these service providers with the amount of your personal information necessary to perform the specific service.

 

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

• We reserve the right to change this privacy policy. Continued use of our website services implies adherence to these rules. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
